The staff is absolutely great. They were out of large hamburger patties and large fry containers. They had been out for two days and their next shipment of supplies was scheduled to arrive in two days. Felt very sorry for the crew working. The burgers we did get were dry and not very good. I would only try this place again because of the workers. Not sure who the manager is but they should be fired because there is no excuse for a store to be without supplies for 4 days.

I ordered a hot ham & SWISS. I got reg cheese. 6 pieces of what looks like Walmarts GV slice ham circles. Very thin n only covered 3/4 of the bun. Pitiful. Why can’t I add a photo?

Worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. Out of curly fries???? Regular fries were old and nasty! Burgers were good. No complaints about the grill team. If you can’t understand my order please don’t argue with me about why you over charged me based on what you believe I said.

I ordered 6 cigarettes sticks and 4 sausage and egg biscuits. All 6 cina sticks were burned beyond eating. I got charged $ 10.00 to much. I tried to get the overcharge straightened out when my food was brought out. The young man told me I would have to return tomorrow to get it straightened out. Very rude young man. I come home to find out all 6 orders of cina sticks are burned. I called the restaurant and the manager did refund the amount of the cina sticks and the employee did appolized so disappointed. Iam handicap so hard for me to get inside the restaurant.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant this morning. Waited in the drive-in line for 30 minutes, I ordered four loaded omelette breakfast sandwiches, the biscuits are not even done they are still doughy, I had a very paper thin layer of egg with some cheese two or three little crumblies of bacon. I took pictures and will be sending to corporate on this this is ridiculous

Attempted to do an order on DoorDash and we were in the time proximities of our order that the dasher arrived on time and it was confirmed that they could fulfill the breakfast order… My dasher then goes and proceeds to pick up my order which was confirmed they were there in a timely manner and this restaurant refused emphasis on the word refused to fulfill my order what this resulted in is a loss of a $30 order then my dasher lost their money that was given for a tip and on top of that my family did not get their food and we have working scheduled jobs and only certain amounts of time that we can use for dining…. Really consider what I’m saying before you order here it was a very big disappointment.
