2.5 stars. Expectation was met but service was sub par this morning (5/14/2023). Food ordered was good once the correct order was received. I have visited this restaurant previously in the past. It’s Hardee’s and fast food. The steak biscuits are always good. But this morning the drive thru line was exceptionally long nearly spilling out onto the adjacent highway. Decided to go ahead and wait in the drive thru line. Line was a bit slow. One woman in line didn’t pay attention and kept the line backed up into the highway. They provided the wrong order and I ended up having to go inside anyway to resolve it. Otherwise I would have had to wait another 15 minutes or so in the drive thru line again. They corrected the order. I think it was the manager who apologized for the mishap. Apparently it was a bit hectic this morning per the manager. Maybe it was just busy. The girl who corrected the order just dumped the food in the bag. Biscuit was only half wrapped and the French toast sticks were dumped upside down in the bag such that they just came out of their box into the bag.

Amazing service fast friendly service, we had a gentleman Jacob wait on us he was very friendly and kind he did and amazing job with our order, it was delivered in a very timely manner the restaurant was much cleaner than we’ve seen in a very long time. Went in super late, 15 minutes before closing. Was still greeted with a smile and friendly character. Food was made fresh, even tossed old fries and made new. Everything was made correctly and timely.
