I stopped here on my way out of town a couple of weeks ago. I had the best hot ham and cheese with fries I have ever had. The fries were perfection. The sandwich was hot and gooey. I went back through the drive-thru on my way out town and got a ham and biscuit which was good but very salty. The girl did not give my card back and I didn’t realize it until I was back in Nashville. I called and a very nice young man answered the phone. After asking me a few questions he said they had my card. I had a relative pick it up upon showing his ID and sent it overnight to me but what a hassle. I appreciate the great food but hope employees will hand back the card before handing over the food on the future. Guess I’m not very experienced with drive-thru service.

I ordered 2 loaded omelet biscuits and somehow they forgot the omelet on both biscuits. also the biscuits looked like they were drowned with butter then put in a hydraulic press. also I could here people screaming and fighting from the drive thru window about the person infront of me. they drove off and didn’t want their order.

By far the worst experience at Hardee’s. Not to mention the prices have went up almost 2 or 3 dollars. The quality of the burger was disappointing but the fries were delicious. I know it’s fast food, but it’s not worth the price. I’d rather go to McDonald’s. Never going back for lunch

These little anemic chicken strips won’t exactly fill up anything. They taste good enough but they’re tiny. Luckily I found a 5 gal gas can full of gas laying out by the road in front of hardee’s…. That actually made the trip worth it! Lol

I have had my fair share of fast food! This day their breakfast was amazing! I had my usual the Monster Biscuit and I finally talked my husband into getting one as well, since his last experience here was a complete fail! The employees were nice, the order was right, but no napkins. Come on people, I know paper products are going up in price, but you don’t have to be that stingy. My biscuit was perfect, like usual! Well, my husband opened his and said “no that’s more like it”! He rather enjoyed his biscuit! So redemption on the food! But my goodness, 2 biscuits and 2 drinks were $15 and some change! That’s a little overboard!

Sunday December 4, I went to Hardees on West Main in Tupelo to get breakfast. After sitting in the lobby for almost 15 minutes waiting on my order, I asked for a refund. The manager called me stupid. Is this the kind of customer service people should expect?
