Most Hardee’s locations don’t impress me. But this one atleast in the mornings seemed nice. Courtesy and friendly workers make a difference. Food was really good, location was clean and didn’t have to wait long on my difficult order to arrive.

Ordered a Frisco burger that tasted really bad. It was dry. The meat looked & smelled gross. I told the employee at the register that I needed to order a cheeseburger because the Frisco burger tasted like the meat had gone bad. They didn’t offer to refund or fix me another one so I had to spend even more money on food that wasn’t good. If I would have had more time on my lunch break I wouldn’t have bothered ordering any thing else from there & gone somewhere else. The cheeseburger was slightly better than the Frisco burger but it wasn’t that good. Not all but some of the staff looked unclean that was cooking & handling the food. I had two orders that was placed in one bag with no tray. This made the dine in experience a little more unpleasant with nowhere to place our food except on the one bag. I asked for ketchup and mustard. I got one small thing of ketchup to go with two large fries and a pack of mayonnaise that I didn’t need. I went back to get mustard. I have been to several Hardee’s and have always thought the food was great but this location by far is one of the worst. Food was bad. Service was bad. Parking lot was so empty that I thought they were closed. After my lunch experience I knew why no one was in there eating. I spent $25 on two meals and an extra hamburger because my Frisco burger smelled, tasted & looked rotten. A refund would have been nice! I do not recommend this particular Hardee’s.

Came to get a meal in drive through. Pull up order person on the intercom says to hold for a moment . 10 minutes later I’m still sitting there I pull around to the window to see what was going on . Workers in side just fooling around on they phone as if they was closed. Then the lady at the window debra had such an ugly attitude . My apple pie I paid for was not in my bag . And the customer service was awful.I’ll never take my business here again

It was the worst time I ever had. The cook was slow and refused help. The manager or who ever she took her time to do something about it. It took over fifteen minutes to get my food. The door dash person walked out scene the food wasn’t ready. As long as he’s working there I will NEVER order anything from your STORY……

Food was excellent but service was terrible. Server acted like she was hurting so didn’t want to be there. Picking up door dash but had to ask for the Dasani water and the jellies for biscuits. No apologies from her. Also on my own order she acted like it was an imposition. No napkins. No thank yous.
