Whenever I pass a town with a Hardee’s it’s hard not to stop. The tacos were my all time favorite but I quit eating beef some years back so I ended up trying the chicken biscuit this time around. Honestly it was okay but nothing special lol. The workers were nice and the restaurant seem clean and in order.

The Hardee’s in Bay Springs, MS is one of the worst places to go to. No matter how busy or not, I had to wait at least 15 to 20 min to get my order. Then they almost NEVER get my order correct and the drinks (no matter which one) are just nasty.

I ordered the fish sandwich from Hardee’s. The fish was overcooked. To the point of being burnt on the edge. I had more tarter sauce in the sandwich wrapper than on the sandwich itself. I am completely disappointed with my purchase.

It would get 5 stars but the problem is everything I go through the drive through at night they make me pull up out of the drive thru and wait 20 minutes on my order when there is no other customers in site. I wanted the chicken sandwiches that were advertised for buy one get one for $1. I had purchased this several times at other locations. I was told that you had to order in the app but noone knew how to get the app to work. I kept trying until it finally went through but it went to the Hardee’s in Meridian and I was at the Hardees in Bay Springs Ms. I called the Hardee’s in Meridian and spoke to a young man that said he was going to call Bay Springs but i kept getting disconnected. So now the people in Bay Springs didn’t want to get involved at all. I just left and I will not return to Bay Springs Ms Hardees.. now I just have to try to get my money back!

Really like the food, and frequent the store in Bay Springs, MS often. Today, however, we went for breakfast…. sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes before we were asked to place our order. Another 10 minutes spent in the line…. watched two customers drive off without getting their order. Finally got our food only to find when we got home we were missing part of our order!! The service at this store is pathetic!! The only employee that keeps things in order and moving correctly is Bertha Bradley!! It has been my experience when she’s not
