Food was good. Service was terrible. I waited 30 mins by the counter for our breakfast. When I got it. I went back to the counter 3 times before I got everything that was supposed to be in my order. However, I have to applaud a couple of the counter workers for maintaining their cool while being heckled by the rudest old man. I almost told him to shut or get out myself. He was being so rude and he hadn’t even made to the counter to order at that point. I knew they were shorthanded and training someone new, so I was patient with them.

I work nights. Was waiting for Hardee’s to open.. once 4 am rolled around. I was informed that breakfast wasn’t ready. So I asked what time would it be ready. This must have upset the lady taking my order. She just stopped responding all together.. after another 15 min, she came back and asked what I wanted. I asked again was breakfast ready she was offended. I really think this person was having a bad day..

Went to get 2 13 hamburgers with a coupon. One with everything. One with only meat bun lettuce tomato and onions and no saucesounds kinda simple. When I got home and opened the bag. My special hamburger had everything on it and mayonnaise plastered all over. That is not what I ordered. I hate mayonnaise. I had mayonnaise all over my hands and face Cant they do anything right
