I have never been to a Hardee’s that was so greedy with gravy! I ordered a pork chop and gravy biscuit and there was a small thin layer of gravy on it, I asked for a little more gravy and they charged me $3!! I’m astonished at how customer service is these days, unbelievable!

Very disappointed. What is this red stuff on the tray and eggs? Called the store to complain and got denial and disrespectful response from manager. Then my called the health department and was pretty much told they couldn’t do much but reiterate proper food handling. Then she called district office but got no answer. She left a message and her phone number. Later the manager called her and he immediately began lying about how he got her number. I called him from my phone so he didn’t know her number. Just wondering what’s going on inside that restaurant. I have been a regular customer but now I can’t possibly go there again

I had the rudest person wait on me. She wouldn’t even look at me when she was taking my order. She had a disgusted look on her face, and didn’t say a word to me. I don’t expect no conversation, but at least make sure my order is correct. Then, when the manager asked her to get my drinks, she said “no”, and walked out the door to go talk to someone. She should be fired, for real. Just disgusting

So let’s see I walked inside and placed my order it took 15 minutes to get my food and the more I waited the more I was looking around and got so disgusted that the deep fryers in the grill in the floor does stuff just look like it ain’t been washed him in 20 years they had flies flying around in their employees was scratching in her ear and touching her face not wearing gloves it was just a very disgusting experience and then on top of that me waiting to 15 minutes to get the food I get back to my truck because I was so disgusted eat inside here everything was cold

Every time i go there they mess something up i end up making 2 trips then they act like there doing u a favor by making u new food SMH it wouldn’t be so bad if it was.
