The food took a little bit to get done, but it was hot whenever I got it. The people who took my order through the drive-thru were very nice as well. The reason why this place didn’t get 5 stars was due to me not receiving the cinnamon roll that I ordered. Other than that, it was worth what I got.

It’s hit and miss just like anywhere and everywhere else. Your order might be fresh to order, or it might be reheated. At least this store tries to accommodate your wait with an extra item sometimes, and you can use coupons here.

I haven’t gone to Hardee’s for anything other than breakfast in a long time. My girl and I got the two for six bacon cheeseburgers and they were both made right and they were both amazing I was shocked at how good it was.

It seems like every time I ask for extra mushroom sauce on my mushroom swiss burger, I am charged a $1.00 for it but barely get any sauce much less extra!!! Then when I try to call back to mention that I am tired of being charged for something yet never receiving the product, no-one ever answers the phone…

Breakfast and lunch are normally really good. That evening crew and the food was not any good. Made our milk shake before anything else. Then the hamburger with way to much mayo your couldn’t keep your bun in place to eat it. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the onion rings. (Over cooked) the fries were so greasey and under cooked they were like a limp noodle

Ordered the monster 1/3 lb burger with no tomato. It came a single cheeseburger without bacon, only one slice of cheese and had multiple tomatoes on it. Also ordered plain chicken sandwich with mustard only. It came plain with nothing and could see where they took the Mayo and tomato off of it. New onion rings NASTY . I see why they ask you to pull forward away from window even when no one else is in line because they walk out throw you your bags and walk off before you look inside bag. Exact reason why I hate fast-food restaurants and drive through windows. They just give you what they want to get rid of it. What happened to making stuff fresh? Just plain sorry and nasty!!!! My wife also got the chicken sandwich combo and it looked and tasted like it was made last week. Fries were cold and hard. Just total waste of money and horrible experience
