Ordered the new Philly steak sandwich, yuck don’t waste your time. Hamburger was old, hardly any roast beef, absolutely no peppers and maybe 2 onions. Fries were so old, nasty nasty, it went in trash after 2 bites.

I’m not sure what’s going on tonight but the front counter girl has an attitude and because of her lack of experience, myself and three other people aren’t getting our food on time. The line outside is backed up which is why I came inside. It’s disgusting. It’s really sad. I forgot to snap the drink counter it’s wet and filthy, as well.

I was allowed to walk inside without a mask and it looked like a place that allows people to dine in. I’m glad it’s not drive-thru only anymore. Now we have a choice again drive-thru or walk in. It’s the only place I would get breakfast at in cairo. The bacon wasn’t too hard to eat.

I had went in to order hot ham and cheese, they were out of ham. So I ordered 3 5 piece chicken, 3 fries, western dbl cheeseburger, 30 mins later food was ready, the young man had no gloves on, his pants super low. When I got home my burger is cold, the fries were cold. I live 4 miles from this Hardee’s. The chicken my wife and mother said was good and hot. Nothing else. I spent $43. The manager was kind. They were not busy at all. Drive thru had 1 vehicle waiting. Not happy at all.
