Well don’t get French fries from there. The food is great but to pay over 3 bucks for fries and get half just sucks. Horrible. When your shorted by an establishment, it makes you not to want to go back. Lack of management skills.

Hardee’s consistently provides tasty food and offers better low carb options than other FF places. Sharri was the cashier and had a remarkably positive attitude despite being rushed because she had to work the drive thru and front line by herself. Only a couple cooks in the back. Maybe it’s corporate policy to chronically understaff their restaurants? If they can’t find enough help it’s probably because they don’t offer a decent living wage. This location was clean. No bar code on receipt to get my stars and app didn’t want to recognize the location. Frankfort, KY. Store #1500562.

The burger was covered in mayo and ketchup on both buns. I had to scrape off with a soda top. So messy. Dripped on everything. Onion rings were dry, hard and tasteless.

My family and I go to the chicken swap in Lawrenceburg a couple times a month and we come from Owenton. This Hardee’s location is always always my stop for breakfast on the way there. They’re always nice, even early in the morning. The food is always fresh and delicious. Service is excellent.

Food was good however the reason for 5 stars is the exceptional customer service. Ordered food for me and my co workers and the attendant at the speaker was extremely helpful and courteous. Then when I got to the window the lady was very friendly here as well,(I could tell from the voice it was two different women). The food didn’t take long but as we were sitting there she asked me how the day was going and didn’t complain at all even though they were clearly busy. I told her thanks for being awesome and definitely will be coming back. I know I can’t expect this everytime but you always hear about the bad so I thought I’d share some good where it’s due. Thank you so much!
