Ordered a bacon cheeseburger carb burger (no bun, wrapped in lettuce), fries and a milkshake through drive thru, they parked us for 20 minutes and let the milkshake sit for 20 minutes then tried to give it to us, my husband refused it and they made another it took another 10 minutes. I have no idea what’s wrong with this lettuce but it’s slimy and disgusting the fries weren’t drained of grease and are dripping. Would NOT recommend and I will go to the other Hardee’s on Main Street from now on.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Hardee’s. Yesterday, July 17, 2023 the food was above satisfaction. The service service was phenomenal so today making the same trip as we did yesterday we couldn’t wait to start once again at Hardee’s to eat arriving a little late for breakfast. We was taken in consideration that the place would be busy and that possibly we would not be able to get the breakfast that we were desiring Running to the drive-through because we were on a schedule we was greeted by the cashier were they rushed and rude Greeting of Hardee’s. Mind you it was not packed. We were the only car at the moment in drive through Left to order. Got to the window to find out our order was given out (that was fine) was handed money and so on. Ugh too much to type out. Just definitely not a good experience.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place was at this Hardee’s. Placed an order for five things. When I got to the speaker I told them the name on the mobile order and the guy working the speaker was mad about the size of my order. Then when I got to the window the woman work the window was yelling at the workers and getting mad about my order also. She got an attitude with me for no reason and got mad when I told them they left a drink off my order. Will prolly go back if that’s how they want to treat people.

I love Hardee’s food, but half the time I visit this Hardee’s my food is mediocre. Last time I went my curly fries were cooked in a big ball and were gross. But the staff is friendly and it’s decently clean.

This restaurant is in desperate need of work. Both pop machines are broken, can’t even get ice. Food is cold and gross. My chicken sandwich is dark brown (burnt) and taste like rubber. I’m not one to leave a bad rating, but this was bad. For a growing town like London, that is updating and adding new, this needs to be top of the list.

I went there tonight. I didn’t bring enough money (well I thought I had brought enough) but I didn’t. I was so embarrassed. So I told the guy to remove something from my order. He told me to pull around. He gave me the rest of my money for my order. My also give my little boy a cookie. His kindness was like something really rare and beautiful. He didn’t treat me wrong, or humiliate me, like I’ve seen many others be treated over not having enough money. I cannot express how much His kindness meant to me and my little boy. I believe his name is Harvey. I forgot his last name. Anyway Thank you Hardee’s and Harvey. Kindness seems to be so rare these days.
