I go to Hardies about once every day. Mostly for breakfast. I get the super sausage and fried egg biscuit. On a light bun. Yes you can request a light medium or even a dark biscuit.

First time I’ve went to Hardee’s in like 20 years. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Hardee’s has always made a good burger, but they held strong through the pandemic. Most fast food restaurants post COVID have been hit hard by shrinkflation, higher prices, lower quality/portions, but Hardee’s seems to be an exception. Good quality burgers, just like I remember.

Food was awful. Nasty chicken. Tasted old and dried out. Looked like it was cooked in a deep fryer with old grease ! Wasn’t edible. Tried to call to complain and to be able to go back for replacement biscuits another time and was hung up on when I asked for the manager. Then I sent an email to the Hardee’s corporate and didn’t get a response. Will not be a Hardee’s customer at this location ever again. Food was substandard and disrespect and service was awful.
