Usually it’s great but this time my wife & I got water gravy instead of flour gravy like we usually get with our “biscuits & gravy”. When I made it home & realized this I also noticed my biscuits were burnt & hard. So, by this time we didn’t even try to eat our meal & decided to call our local Hardee’s & see if we could fix this fiasco but wouldn’t you know it, no answer, all 7 times I tried calling… We sure hope our next experience is much better.

I come to this location not for the food mainly; but because of its service delivered by 1 individual; Brandon. Let me explain. I work nights at a Hotel in Nashville and driving back after a long shift is tiring and it also makes 1 hungry. Stopped for lunch today. Not crowded. First time here. My mushroom and swiss burger was good–as expected. Fries and an unsweetened tea too. Good staff at the counter. Made a pit stop at the men’s room before ordering–all good there. This Hardee’s appears to be an old building.

Me and my wife was driving through Franklin Ky we stopped at Hardee’s for breakfast our gravy was nothing but water and tasted like water the manager was rude and the staff was rude they could care less about their customers they wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for their customers I would tell everyone to never eat at this place plus it was very nasty inside I would recommend somebody shutting them down
