We went in for a takeout order and waited long enough on 1 burger, 1 chicken tenders, a fry, an onion ring, an apple pie and 2 drinks that the customer in front of us got his food, ate and left by the time I asked them what the holdup was. 14 minutes after we ordered we were leaving with cold chicken and not the correct order. The burger was good. When I asked the manager what the delay was, I got no response except sorry for your wait. I was the only customer in the place at that point. Will not be back at that location.
