Their menu has nearly everything blacked out. One person in our party ordered a Hardee burger and was told they don’t have that any more. However that’s all that was said, not an alternative item. There were onion rings on the menus, we were told they don’t have those and then they explained that they have a new menu but no sign yet. So what do they have? Well…. that wasn’t told to us, wasn’t provided to us or anything. They only thing not blacked out was chicken, so that’s what we got. So is Hardee’s just a chicken restaurant now?

There isn’t an option to give ZERO stars. Let’s start with the front line. Shelby took our order. There was no greeting. She walks up to the register and looks at us as if we were a bother. We give our order and in the middle of the order, she rudely walks away to help two others in the drive-thru line. I ordered a coffee. She gives all of us a fountain cup, no words – nothing, there was no coffee cup. She sits the cups on the counter and walks away. I asked her for a coffee cup, she irritatedly says, “I gave you a cup.” So, I take the fountain cup to the coffee machine, but, there was no coffee. I stepped over to the counter and asked for coffee from the front line, she turns around, puts her hands on her head, shakes her head in frustration, and takes the whole coffee pot and slammed it onto the counter to serve myself. I asked for cream, because it was also out at the fountain station, and she slams it onto the counter. Good Lord, what a terrible customer service experience. The food? Who could serve good food with that customer service? Please, just keep on driving somewhere else. FYI, I went to McDonald’s for my coffee.

No one in the restaurant or drive-thru yet almost all the tables were dirty. I would’ve had iced tea but the containers were filthy. Food was good but I wonder how clean it is behind the counter….

Management seemed to be under the influence of narcotics. Associates seemed very uncomfortable around this female Manger. Made assumptions of me being a beggar for food? Was very rude for no reason. All I wanted was the correct order instead of what I got, very simple. I must say I don’t feel comfortable eating at this establishment anymore. One of the most worst experiences I ever had at fast food.

I stopped in to give them another chance to show me they are worthy time. They are demanding higher prices than comparable establishments, so you have to expect higher value food.

We have eaten here for years mostly real good , sometimes off a bit but this time it was day old cold crusty chicken, we had to throw away the burger.everything was cold and will not return. Very sad
