This is a Milkshake that was ordered from this Hardee’s. How ridiculous is this society getting that they think this is good service. It’s so runny as well. So disappointed anymore about service. But if they ordered it and received Il this they would complain and it would be unacceptable.

Super disappointed with this Hardee’s, we ordered two 5 piece tender combos, one with a regular drink and one with a milk shake. The milkshake was filled halfway with whipped cream and when we went back around to ask for a new milkshake because we weren’t trying to pay $4.50 for a half-full milkshake… they said that it was the correct amount and that’s only as much as corporate allows, while I do understand that is not a them issue and corporate should get some cups that fit.. we asked for another drink instead which she said okay to, gave us a large drink, and then tried to charge us $1.08 for it even though she didn’t give a refund on the shake but still kept the shake.. I understand that doesn’t seem like a lot of money but it was the general attitude of the restaurant and all of their drinks are extremely watered down so ♀️ I would avoid and definitely won’t be coming back

We don’t have Hardees in our area so anytime we travel near one we stop in at least once. Burgers are great..fries need a little work( golden brown??) We had none of the menu items we are being asked to rate

Great service from Manager Steven Brown and Trevor George of the crew! They are Super courteous and respectful of the customers. I arrived just before Hardee’s closed, and I was still met with a politeness and more! I don’t live near this town, but I would eat here quite often if I did.

Went here around 2:00 pm on Friday I forgot to look at the guys name tag at the window but he was excellent! The service was great, we did have a small wait which they apologized for but the food was fresh and GOOD! probably one of the best tasting Hardee’s I’ve had.

Had to work remote in this town today. The breakfast here was great. I went to the big coffee chain down the street until lunch, then came back due to all the noise & spotty WiFi. This place has the fastest WiFi I’ve ever seen in a business. (Use the Carl’s Jr. network.) It’s clean. It’s quiet. They have USB/110v outlets at every seat for your equipment. They have bar height tables if you prefer to stand. 5 star remote work environment. 4 star food. 5 star cleanliness. 5 star staff. Well done Hardee’s.

The drive through was answered by a robot, we tried ordering 3 large hot ham and cheese, a large fry, and a peaches and cream cheese fried pie, it apparently registered that as 3 coffee, and a cream shake they were out of, nobody at the window either, we ended up parking outside and going in, there were no employees in or outside the store, and there were about 10 people waiting in a line inside, this place is a disgrace.

Extremely slow, the food was awful, undercooked and cold. It was not busy at the time, so no excuses. The chicken was cold, like freezer cold. The biscuits was not finished, more like hard baked flour. Contacting the local Health department before they make some sick or kill someone.

Stopped here for dinner while traveling back home to Michigan. It was one hour before they closed, but the guy at drive thru was so nice and professional. Because it was so close to closing, they did not have the sweet tea or curly fries we ordered. So, he discounted our meals and apologized. In the end, they found some curly fries for us anyway 🙂
