Stopped here a few days ago on the way to our vacation. Stopped again today on the way back. The staff are all very friendly but I would like to give a huge appreciation to the older gentleman named Michael, he was very friendly and just had an amazing aura about him both stops. @hardees retire this man and pay him to train employees. Thank you Michael hope to see you on our next time through.

This place needs some better management. They were out of grilled chicken, didn’t want to make a milkshake, and gave me someone else’s order. When I returned the order(as I just peaked into the bag and noticed 2 combos) the manager I’m assuming asked me what I ordered. I said a BBQ burger and she tells me she will go make it herself. I said I would wait for my order as it was just a mishap but she insisted on making my burger. When I get my burger I noticed the meat could have been cooked longer and half way through they call out my order. She didn’t even make the BBQ burger either. Still didn’t get what I ordered buy its a Hardee’s so I won’t waste time ordering from this location.

At the moment the drive thru is closed forcing you to go inside to order. This Hardee’s has been plagued by equipment failure and staffing issues the last year or so even though it is fairly new . They also do not honor corporate Hardee’s coupons, due to being owned by the Love’s truck stop according to an employee.

First time visiting this Hardee’s. Will definitely visit again. Prices are typical prices. The double Frisco burger was very good but the reason I gave 4* was because I asked for no tomatoes but they were on the burger. My wife said the hot ham was very good as well. The staff was very nice and service was fast.

I am so disappointed in this place. This morning I went through the drive thru that was closed, which happens a lot. So I pull around front to go in to order, and the door was locked. It was 8:30am and pouring rain. I’m sure I could have walked around through the convenient store next door, but I shouldn’t have to do that when there is a door right in front of my car. I loved this place when it opened. I’ve hung in there through the hard times when food items were out of stock. I love some of the employees there, but I will not be going back.
