This facility is nice and clean , service was not the best , it wasn’t busy and the staff was rude and in a hurry to get back to lookin into there phones , the kid threw my sandwich down the slide / warmer and smashed it !!! Don’t like to get food remade cause they gonna mess with it if you do !! Very disappointed in Hardee’s removing curly fries from the menu , another way to cut cost for them and not care about the customer, the curly fries is the whole reason for going to Hardee’s , bad choice folks

The chicken was freshly made, however, the chocolate shake was only 3/4 filled then topped with whipped cream that didn’t even reach the rim of the cup. They could have used a flat lid instead of the domed one they gave me.

Tried to go through the drive through at about 11:10 p.m. on 08/21/23, and was told I couldn’t order anything because they were in the middle of shift change. That is a completely worthless crew. I have worked fast food at least 5 years, and have never heard anyone tell me they couldn’t take an order because of shift change.

First Hardee’s/ Carles Jr. I’ve been to, outside of California, that was good. Double Western was awesome. Everything was properly cooked and crisp, and there was no condiment soup hidden in the burger. Will return soon to try the Mushroom Swiss.

Out of eggs first thing in the morning. They quoted 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no update. Wouldn’t have waited but being over the road for a month, sometimes a breakfast sandwich is nice!

Counter guy, Had a REALLY bad attitude. HE GAVE US THE IMPRESSION IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE FOR HIM TO HAVE TO TAKE OUR ORDER.. If he doesn’t like his job then QUIT!!! Or is it he just doesn’t like Spanish people.(WE WILL NOT COME BACK)……..

We went through the drive thru, so the atmosphere was on me, service was very personable and quick, food was excellent. This was the best burger I have had in a long time. My wife and I eat low carb, these burgers were prepared perfectly, no buns as requested. Great job and thank you.
