Drive thru. Ordered 3 meals received none of the hot sauce, ketchup that we ordered Also got no cream or sugar for the coffee and didn’t receive our other 2 drinks with the other 2 meals. Reading a screen is hard.

I mean it’s like any other fast food place. They will get your order right 3 out of 5 times. They had their double cheeseburgers advertised at 2.99 for awhile but charged 3.59 when you would get one. Maybe ohio started taxing food or it’s a franchise that can’t afford to provide the doubles at 2.99.

I don’t recommend the fish sandwich. It had a strong oily taste and fishy flavor. Not enough tartar sauce to save it. Friendly staff though, and clean-enough appearance.

If I could give zero stars I would!! The hamburger I got tasted like a soy burger, the fries were cold and they didn’t have bacon which was told to us after we paid. I cannot stress enough to not go here, this is the 3rd time I’ve been here and I’ll never go to another Hardee’s again after this!

I eat here five nights a week. But for the past few weeks the food is not fresh. The girls pre cook the fries and onion rings and leave them under the heat lamps where the dry out and taste terrible. They are too Lazy to make fresh food. Some of the other food has been sitting under the lamps as well like the tenders etc. This is poor quality food lately.. plus the employees are not very friendly lately either, bad attitude
