Crew is incompetent and cannot handle 5 customers at the same time. Gave my food to other customers and told we had to wait even longer. The crew wasn’t rude to me; they just lack the skills to do their job effectively. I Quickly asked for a refund and headed over to KFC where my experience was much better.

We stopped here on our way back home because we love Hardee’s in SC so we stopped at the this one in Ohio very Disappointed the food was cold I asked for extra onions and mayo well my burger did not have extra nothing I had to put mayo on myself I had to ask for some onions and the cook said it didn’t say extra it was clearly on my Receipt the onion rings was cold and hard they made so fresh one and they were hard my husband got frys and they were good but it was like they barely put any in there and his sandwich was cold very Disappointed in the service and quality of the food we will never stop at this Hardee’s again

I’ve had it with this Hardee’s 6 months back they sold me a breakfast brisket and someone had took a bite out of the sausage and sold it to me hoping I wouldn’t notice but they made good and gave me another BUT! This time LOOK!!!!! What they sold me…Really.? Burnt to a crisp!!!!
