Growing up every sun morning my Grandpa took me here for breakfast before church. I always got a steak biscuit. Since there is not any Hardee’s in Michigan I hardly ever get to eat there. I was dropping my daughter off in Ohio to college this week and near my hotel I notice a Hardee’s. I was excited went to the drive through I ordered 2 steak biscuits the lady says I’m sorry they are discontinued. The disappointment is real

Went through drive thru…no answer. Pulled around building 4 of the crew were outside smoking. No wonder no1 is taking orders in drive thru. They rushed inside & we drove back around. Food was not in the best quality. Cold & dry.

I ordered a Superstar combo meal with a regular fry & was told to pull around, even though I was the only car in the drive-thru. After 20 minutes (felt like an hour) my food was brought out.

Food is decent but no way I’m coming back. They just move every car forward after paying and make them wait to bring the food out. I’ve been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, I’ve already paid. Now I’m inside getting a refund because they ran out of biscuits.

I ordered a fish sandwich, onion rings, and a Coke Zero. After a long wait, I ended up with a cold bacon cheeseburger and onion rings so hard they were probably leftover from the lunch rush- it was 4 pm. I was asked to pull up to wait . I looked through the window and saw 2 employees trying their best to serve the drive through. 2 for the entire shift. Maybe Hardee’s shouldn’t open if it doesn’t have enough employees.

This is my burger. The bread is so burnt on the right side it looks like a second burger patty. It is not. They tried to slap enough sauce on there to hide the taste. They however could not.

For the price the food was average. It was twice as much as our usual Wendy’s or McDonald’s trip. The fries were surprisingly good. We had a long wait but that was to be expected with only 2 workers on the day we went. The workers were friendly and professional.

Does not Matter
It’s very clean inside the restaurant and the service is always nice and quick, and they do a fine job cooking the food too. I really have no complaints about this restaurant.
