Avoid at all cost. There was this giant hair in my fries I told them I wanted a partial refund because I was completely done eating at this point. I didn’t even take one bite out of my burger. The manager said that it wasn’t a human hair so they were just going to refund me $3. Seriously?! I’m disgusted and disappointed with the management and service of this place. Never again will I order here. I already reported it to corporate. Date 5/13/23 time 11:06am.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Pulled up to drive thru at 9:00pm, waited until 9:25 before we received our order, even though there was no one ahead of us. Every single sandwich was incorrect. We received hash browns instead of fries, and milkshake was half full of watery milk. We went back to window and asked if they could just remake at least the $11 bacon angus burger and they said no. They dont close till 11pm so I dont understand. Asked about refund and told I would have to come back in the morning. Wasted $40… will NEVER come back!

2nd time there, 2nd time of it being garbage. Patty melt was soggy oil/butter bread uncooked. Hamburger dry, burnt and hard on edges. They managed to give me 3 whole onion rings and 3 little broke pieces. Coke was very watered down. This place is DISGUSTING . And will eventually make people sick. Eat at your own risk.

My other post somehow got goofed up. Hardee’s deliver’s black beef 100% and it’s always fresh I worked last night and short staffed and under paid we dominated it close to a 4,000 dollar day and no complaints come hungry leave happy that’s Hardee’s King of the thick burger I’d recommend trying our new Philly damn is it good. And to everyone who came before I started there and a few others I’d recommend coming back for another try the food now is so much better trust me always hot and fresh now. we have new management and team members and are still looking for a few so please come on down you never know. These photos where from last night the sandwiches all hot and ready to satisfied customers and the philly half eaten was my dinner just wanted to show you all the meat and if I eat here then it’s a good place to eat if I wouldn’t eat it it don’t go out my window when I work.

There is a very noticeable difference with the quality of the food at this store compared to any other hardeez. The meat has a very low quality taste and tough. The staff seems to have no idea what they make if you have any questions. The atmosphere is that of dispare dismissive and depression among the staff. Is this store nothing more than a tax shelter or loophole for the owner or a front for a money laundering operation…? This cannot be a legitimate business. Avoid…!

Went through drive through thru ordered a bacon cheese burger plain. Was asked if we still wanted bacon, well yes. Was charged for bacon that should already come in said sandwich. Go to window ask if that was correct Was taken care of ok no worries. Pull away the onion rings I ordered were a little over done but no big deal. However the issue I have is the 2 big hot hams I ordered that have no meat on them. I paid 10 something for one mean and 5 something for just the sandwich for either of them to have no meat. Tried to call, can’t find a number at all.

Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been too. Sat at order screen for 15 minutes before anyone said anything. Was stuck in the line and couldn’t back out. Didn’t take my order at the screen but instead had me pull into line and took my order at the window… none of the good items are on the menu, no curly fries??? Absolute joke of an establishment, not sure how this restaurant is still operating if this is how the stores are.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! I came through the drive thru for dinner and nearly half of my order was missing. When I went back around to get what was missing, they decided to accuse me of being a thief, even though I paid for my food in full. They also did not give out a receipt in the first place, which should have been a red flag from the beginning. When I was finally handed the food that I paid for, the woman at the window had an attitude, as if she was not the one that made the mistake in the first place. If you have any other options, DO NOT GO to the Hardee’s in Piqua!!!

12-10-22: I like everything about the Hardee’s in Piqua, Ohio. This was the first time I went there. The cashier Lana was extremely helpful to me. I was unfamiliar with the menu and she was very patient waiting for me to make my selections. The burger tasted r great! It had a char-broiled flavor to it that did not taste fake. The size of the burger was larger than most fast food burgers. The fries were really good. And they have Coca-Cola products which made me very happy. I had a very nice lunch at a reasonable price and Hardee’s will become my go-to restaurant when I am shopping in the Ash Street shopping plazas or anywhere near that section of town. I noticed that Hardee’s also serves breakfast so the next time I go I’m going to go earlier in the day so I can try their breakfast menu.
