Horrible, and I do mean horrible, customer service. There was not one “thank you” or “have a nice day”. The lady at the window was literally on her phone for the entire 12 min we waited on two breakfast sandwiches. One of our sandwiches had the egg on top of the croissant . Now, I’m not a Hardee’s expert but even my 4 year old new this was ridiculous. Come on people; have some common awareness. Very disappointed and discouraged.

Food was mid I got a 5 peice chicken tender. Breading on them almost was like as if it wasn’t even cooked enough and you could see the chicken through the breading and it was some what “soggy”. My family went to the one in Anderson. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and definitely won’t go back.

Ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and everything on it was great but the chicken. I could not even pull meat apart with my teeth. I would need a knife to cut apart. Could not even eat it because of this.

Grubhub/Door Dash Drivers avoid at all cost in the morning!! Dinning room is closed and takes them 10 minutes per car to get orders out and the line is always long!! Spent 45 minutes waiting on an order last week and thought maybe it was a bad day so gave them another shot only to wait in line for an hour!! Absolutely worst managed restaurant in a town of poorly managed restaurants. I will not be taking any more orders from this location and recommend others avoid them also.

i went to the anderson hardee’s, i ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, no lettuce, tomato or onion or any sauces. they give me a single regular cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomato. i’m no expert but does that sound like what i ordered? no, it does not. THEN they try to give me what i ordered and gave me a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and mayo. i’m not trying to be a jerk but i feel like that was completely out of hatred after ordering it THREE times the way i wanted it. i hate this place.

We waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. When we got up to the window The only thing we got with our order was attitude. A simple I’m sorry for the wait would have been nice. I was trapped between two cars and could not get out otherwise I would have left. When we got our food two of the hamburgers had the texture of cardboard.

I don’t normally do reviews but this was a horrible experience. In the drive through my order was taken at 2.06pm and I didn’t receive my food until 2:54pm. As I was sitting waiting I noticed a child in the back a very young child. She was all over the place touching stuff she shouldn’t have and just being a child. Nothing against children as I have 2 of them but they do not belong at your work place especially around food.

Arrived here after the scheduled lunch as my family really enjoys the Western Bacon Chesseburgers, we were told, “yea we are supposed to switched to lunch at 10:30, but we aren’t ready!” We asked, “do you know how long it will be before we can order lunch?” “NOPE, as I said! We aren’t ready!”

This Hardee’s is the slowest place ever. Every time you go through the drive thru it takes at least 20 minutes and they aren’t even busy! I don’t even know why I keep giving it a try hoping they speed it up!
