The first person who helped us, before the lunch rush, was less than interested in customer service. However, my daughter needed more food after she was done with her kids meal. The second person who helped me was super kind and much better than the first. If she had helped us both times our service satisfaction would have been 5 stars.

This is one of the few Hardees left where you can get food on the menu. I went late, they were going to be closing within a half hour, I ordered the 10-piece tenders. They had no problem making them, both of the employees working were kind and had great customer service skills. I will be back.

Just ate breakfast there! No coffee out front! Coke specifically is broke! Annnnnnd worst of all, no ketchup! How is that a thing! Sold out of ketchup…. REALLLY! Why is no one wearing hair nets—-especially the cook! Is that allowed?? Food was good!

So after shooing the geese from the front door and walking through their droppings that are everywhere around the entrance and leading into the parking lot I stood at the counter while two employees completely ignored me to continue their personal conversation in Spanish. I’ve driven by several times and never see any cars here, I actually wasn’t sure it even still in business. Now I know why, next stop health department.
