Very under staffed everything was slow but again not the staffs fault they were running their tails off trying to keep up. You had 3 doing whatever they could do to help the process but I never saw (not saying she didn’t work also) but she was the only talking and looking not doing anything I saw. The one lady, was running the cash register up front and the drive though until a man washed his hands and basically ran to the cash register. Those 2 for sure are not being paid enough. The milk shake was great as advertised

First , they were out of chicken fingers, then they didn’t have any cheese or taco sauce or tomatoes for the tacos. I had to pay 1.35 for some tomatoe slices. They didn’t have any silverware. The bathrooms were filthy, drink cup and sandwich wrappers in sink, papers all over the floor. Very dirty ! Workers were sitting around using their phone and didn’t even want to take our orders. We will never eat there again.

Went through the drive through . Ordered a #5 no tomato. Waited 35 minutes. No fries . Sandwich had no ketchup or anything on it. I paid 7.75 for a meal I threw in the trash . Worst ever . I sure hope someone from their corporate office reaches out to me

The only reason I provided the 2 stars was because they had a shortage of products, and we were unable to get chicken, curly fries, and milkshakes. It was kind of disappointing, and the food we did order was not what we come to expect from Hardee’s. The atmosphere was fine, and the service was great and apologetic. I guess because we could not order our usual favorites due to the shortage of products, our food did not taste well.

It was the second worst Hardee’s experience I’ve ever had. Onion rings were cold stringy and horrible. They sat in the window for 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter tried to find $13 to give me back and change, yes it took 5 minutes to get $13 change.
