Ever seance they got rid of that old manager the survive and attitudes have changed! Love this store now! Can’t come in and tell everyone hi! No matter how slammed they are they always make me feel like I matter and they don’t want too make anyone wait, I worked at fast food places and before I swear if the places I worked had them working with me I would have stayed at the restaurant no questions asked! They are amazing people I always feel blessed when I come here because they are so friendly! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!! P.s. Came here for breakfast before work and the service was knowledgeable the person taking my order put my order in a way that I saved money. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The speed of service was fast and I actually had time to eat before work. I would definitely go back and recommend this Hardee’s to family and friends.

This is an amazing establishment they work hard to satisfy the customers even when short staffed. I had an issue once with my order the GM and her staff worked hard to fix my food and had excelled customer service. My food is always hot wham I order in app and in person. Some other establishments could take a lesson from this establishment. Check this establishment out.

This is the last time I ever go here for anything. They can’t do anything right in the drive through, the fries taste more like onions than fries and they can’t get an order right EVER. I would say 1/3 three times I go there I get relatively decent food if I get what I ordered to begin with.

My husband and I stopped here just traveling thru town. We are always so disappointed stopping at fast food anymore but needed something for our hour long drive home. This was amazing. Mistie was amazing and funny. So nice and personable. The food was hot, fast, and correct the first time. It made me so happy to finally have a fast food experience that I did not regret spending my money on.

I went through drive thru. I always look forward to getting chicken biscuit. The actual manager was taking my order and kept saying 3 times the wrong order. So I raised my voice so maybe she wouldn’t hear it. She accused me of yelling at her. I told her I wasn’t. So I pulled up to the window and she bit my head off. She said everyone was yelling because they have a big order. I said it isn’t my fault, but maybe they shouldn’t take them if they can’t handle them? She screamed at me then she threw a sack at me and said I didn’t owe anything. When I opened it the sandwich was burnt. Now I can’t go at there because of her.

Stopped to grab something to eat when I noticed that there were people doing tattoos in the parking lot!!!! That’s not ok to be doing in the parking lot, then I noticed that they were employees at this Hardee’s!!! That’s not acceptable!!! I will never stop there again and to be honest I’m calling the health department!! When you go to a fast food restaurant you shouldn’t have to worry about blood, ink, or anything else ending up in your food. This place should be shut down! Gross! Where is the professionalism???
