The 2 guys that were working tonight were completely overwhelmed with drive up.. then I walked and one other inside customer. These 2 men kept there composure, working their rearends off. Still remain pleasant, helpful, as well as apologetic for the wait. I give them 5 stars plus. Finding this in a fast food restaurant is random. Finding it from 2 men is even more rare.

Waiting, waiting and waiting to place an order. Order was incorrect (short) and General Manager wanted to charge me to correct the order. Order was for eat in and it was packaged for carry out. Bottom line the GM could have very easily corrected the problem and he chose not to. Where has customer service gone in today’s world? Hardee’s spends hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising to get customers in the store and an arrogant GM blew it all

Service was slow as usual. Food was definitely far from fresh and had a strawberry shake that was the same consistency as 2% milk with strawberry syrup added to it! I definitely will not be back

I payed 5 dollars for a frescos breakfast sandwich. It was almost all bread and everything on the sandwich was paper thin. I didn’t even think there was anything other than bread in the paper until I looked inside of the sandwhich. It was almost all cheese. I’m assuming they’re on a budget. Will not be visiting this hardees again.
