I arrived at just before 930am and there was one car in front of me. It took 3-4 minutes before they pulled up from the speaker. I pulled up, after about a minute, a man said they would be with me in a minute. I said, “no problem.” After waiting 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, I asked if they needed me to continue to waiting. I got no response. After another 1-2 minutes, I said, “hello?” Again, nothing. I then decided to pull up, and by that time, the one car in front of me was still waiting for their food. After about 1-2 minutes they receive their food and pull away. When I arrived at the window I hear a woman taking orders, two to be exact, all while waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I then hear her tell the third person pulling up to the speaker, that she’ll be with them in a moment. I then see her walk out the door beside next to my car, show proceeds to her car to get a cigarette and walk back beside my car to continue smoking her cigarette before returning to her job taking orders. After minute, a man opens the window and rattled off an order that wasn’t mine. I explained that I did not have the opportunity to place an order because I was not acknowledged when following up about my wait. The man stated he did acknowledge me. I was sitting in my car with my window down and my music very low, I would have heard him. He said, “well if you want to order food, you’re going to have to pull back around behind all these people, they had to wait.” I said, yes, behind me.” He repeated himself, showing no sympathy for being rude or wasting my time. The store was not busy, as I mentioned one car in the drive through, and 3-4 cars in the parking lot. I love Hardeeez, had not been here in a couple of years, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

When inside to order take out. Stood at the counter 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I ask was anyone taking orders at the register? The manger who was in charge with dark hair was very rude and said when I get all the other orders out, I will take yours . I said ok .In the mean time she is cussing at people at the drive thru, telling one lady that staring at her won’t get her order any faster, to take a pic.. Placing an order in a sack she spilled a lot of gravy out of a side order , but didn’t have the cook fill the bowl back up. Due to it getting on her jeans that were already dirty, she was using such foul F words. Finally she took my order , very rude ” what do you want now ” slammed my change down on the counter. While waiting for my order, she is talking terrible to the young lady cooking and the girl working the window. Said she hated this job and couldn’t wait to get off, said corporate is terrible. By now there is 6 more people waiting to be waited on and she doesn’t acknowledge them either. Four of them walked out and stayed they would never be back. Finally when my order was ready she slammed it down and across the counter. This person needs to be released of her position there. There is another Hardee’s near us at Southport that we will be using and promoting to other. This was on August 27th . The ticket says Employee Sarah B.

I specifically drive to this location because the workers, AJ, Travis and Sarah along with other team members have the food spot on and fresh and they are all very customer friendly. I love this location. All other Hardee’s should follow this managers program because it is working. They remember me along with other customers. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE !!!!

This place is trashy. And when I say that I mean they will steal your money and not take care of a paying customer. I used the app and wasnt given the food i laid for and was asked to leave. The district manager said that is what she tells her crew to do. There is no reason. To give this location any of your money. You’d be better to throw it away

My drive thru experience was terrible. After waiting at the speaker for more than 5 minutes with no response, they finally showed up and then they were rude taking my order. That person was obviously frustrated with something at the time, and directed that towards me. Then, I got to the window to pay, and that’s when they tell me they were out of the ingredients to make my meal.

I have gone 3 times now around 2pm and stopped to get late lunch. I asked for chicken fingers and they told me they couldn’t make me any because they were all in the freezer. Often they are out of product and can not fulfill menu items.
