I came in to eat lunch and they would not allow me to use the restroom until I purchased something. I assured the woman at the counter that I was going to eat lunch there as I had my wallet in my hand and even shower her my wallet but I needed to wash my hands and use the restroom first. She would not give me the code. I will not give my business to them ever.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were kind and efficient. The food was fine and didn’t take very long to be served. The only downside of my experience didn’t have anything to do with the restaurant, the location of 10th and Linwood is very sketchy.

I should of known not to eat there because it was 12:20 lunch time and only 1 person there including the drive thru but after ordering i was still told to pull over and park as was everyone was told to do after me. After 10 minutes I got my food my bread was stale,and my monster burger tasted like pure grease no flavor at all

This Hardees (Linwood sq) has to have the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant!! I was way overcharged for things I didn’t want and then I never received what I actually ordered. I ordered it to go so I didn’t realize the shortage till I got home. Then I had to go back to get what was missing so now I’m sitting at home trying to eat nasty cold food!! I will never go back to this store and I would hope that all of my followers won’t either!!!

Go there this morning to get breakfast, ordered 2 sausage biscuits, get to the window the guy tells me my total, then this female I guess she supposed to be special in her eyes whispering something to the guy I’m dealing with proceeds to hand me my order with a drink, now I only said I didn’t order a drink she gets an attitude and put her hand up like whatever and walked away. I didn’t want a soda I didn’t order one, why should it be a problem I turn down it? I guess she figured I’m black I’ll take anything. Well no, I wanted what I ordered. That’s my last trip to that location.. these businesses put people in place who has no customer service etiquette.
