I couldn’t find what I’d like on the menu after breakfast hours; but the $2.99 charbroiled double cheeseburger isn’t included on the main menu, and is about the size I’d want for a burger usually. The two patties weigh approx 300 grams (or ⅔ of a pound; or each patty was ⅓ lb); the rest of the sandwich weighs an additional 340 grams (or ¾ lbs). You can probably order it at any other Hardee’s, even if it’s not obvious on menus.

I stood and waited then cleared my throat and still no response. One of the workers was more concerned with taking a video of the post-race traffic than taking my order. The man was wearing a red shirt and it appears only three people were working. I was the only lobby customer and the woman doing the drive thru only had one customer as well. She took my order and then proceeded to be on her phone doing whatever until my order was ready. The man making the food seemed to be the only one concerned about doing their job uninterrupted. I know technology is here to stay but put the phones in the back out of view of the counter. I’ve worked the food industry for 26 years, retail for 7 years, and factory for 3 years. All 3 places will write you up and reprimand you for being on your phone when you’re working. Customers are the reason you have a job at this location. If there are no customers then there is no restaurant. This will be the last time I visit this location and this experience will be passed onto others who have frequented this store as well. You may want to change your store policies. Thank you for your time!

Have mixed opinion on this place. Runs from just so so to good. Drive thru seems to move fast. Quality of breakfast biscuits varies from very poor to just ok at times. Seems like they pre make, and they sit for awhile.

Let me start off by saying that I love Hardies in general. However, my experience at this location today was sub optimal. I ordered a Frisco combo, and was using a coupon to make it $5 instead of $9. When I got to the window, and handed over the coupon, the guy got really irritated, and told me I should have told him I was using a coupon when placing my order. Granted, I could have easily done so, but that’s never been a requirement. He told me it would be a minute, because he had to cancel the order and make a new one in order to enter the coupon code. Now I’ve never worked at Hardies, but I’ve ordered this way before, and never has it been an issue. After several minutes, I finally got my food, but this was far from a good experience. Also, as seen in the attached photos, my sandwich was slightly burnt on one side, but not even toasted on the other…
