Food was terrible. We asked for unsalted fries, but got fries from the same salad bin and utensils so they were loaded with salt that my dad can’t have. A manager came out while waiting for unsalted fries and packaged ours without a second thought to push us along. My mom’s monster burger sandwich had two bun bottoms and I got 2 tops with rubbery chicken. Not a good experience.

I have been a very regular customer at Hardee’s of Bluffton, IN. Recently the service and good quality has been poor at best. I did not mind spending the higher prices as long as the quality was good. The last 2 Sundays I have stopped for lunch and ordered the 5 pc chicken tender. Last week I received 4 small tenders and it appears that they tried to count a bunch of pieces of fried batter to make the 5th which did not have any chicken in them. This week I received 5 even smaller pieces that were badly overcooked and barely edible. I used to recommend your tenders as the best in town. Unfortunately I can no longer do that.

We stopped for breakfast. They had no hash rounds. That’s OK we will just have sandwich and coke. Mine was cold. My son’s was cold and had a hair in it. I went in a got a replacement. The guy at the drive-thru was red-eyed and nearly unconscious. I had to ask for napkins after he practically threw our food at us. The woman at the counter was at least helpful. We were charged for a combo when we only got a sandwich and coke. We won’t go back ever

There is always an excuse here. Being in Bluffton is a pretty good one. But there is problem every time. They are always trying to con their own customer assurance systems. Sidelining someone for fried item only order is absurd.

This place is horrible. The store is very dirty. I used to work there. They aren’t paying their employees. I got fired from there because I said I wasn’t working till they paid me my money. Now no one is doing anything to fix the problem. And I’m not the only one that didn’t get paid. This place is a total joke. I wish I could rate negative stars.
