Didn’t have anything because the manager said they weren’t open yet due to not having enough employees. Might want offer more incentives to bring in more reliable employees. Great food normally when they’re open. Also might want to fix the big pot hole we keep hitting in the entrance. Try asking a Frisco sandwich with mushroom and Swiss sauce. I asked for them and recommended to others and they love it. It was the lunch sandwich.

Didn’t enjoy anything that we ordered and being that we were traveling we didn’t return to either ask for a refund or even complain. The double cheeseburger was very soggy and tasted disgusting. The fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was heavily loaded with some sauce that it was just as disgusting as the double cheeseburger. The restaurant was not even busy nor was the drive thru so it wasn’t that they were so busy they couldn’t put much time/ energy into getting our order made with at least a little bit of care or pride.

Service was given 5 stars because there were only two people working and they were doing good considering the hand they were dealt. The guy in the back was showing exceptional hustle. However, it took a long time to be waited on and get food due to the lack of staff. Food was very bad. The burgers were burnt beyond being edible. The chicken was ok, but tasted like the fryer grease needs to be changed. Hands down do not recommend. Go to Dairy Queen next door.

Food was good. Store was short staffed. One worker walked out. One came in and was trying to salvage the shift. Lots of drama, but that’s what fast food has become. We stopped in from traveling. We have other fast food in our state that has happened like this before. The girl who came in made sure we had our order correct and made the effort to get us our food.

Asked for No egg on sandwich and to add cheese. They had us pull forward (2 cars In total for entire building. Waited 10 minutes for a worker to casually take their time getting us the food. For it to have egg on the sandwich with no cheese. Won’t see me here again.

I arrived right before breakfast was over. No big deal. I can order something else. I was instructed that I would have to wait 10 minutes before I could order because it would take 10 minutes to “drop” a patty. I decided not to wait and as I pulled around the corner the worker was in the car having a smoke and talking on her phone with the headset on her head. I guess I couldn’t be served because it was interfering with her break. The place was dead. Not one customer in sight.

Worst experience ever! First off, we ordered online, and we watched people go in and out while we waited in our car. We finally get our food, not getting everything we ordered, and fries were ice cold and so salty, you can hardly stand them. Then we get home to eat, and they couldn’t even put any napkins in the bag, so after one bite, I had to get up to get a napkin, costing me my food to my dog, which is fine! At least it’s a step up from their dog food! Will not be visiting this location again!

I ordered two meals and they gave me the sandwich, orange juice, and just French toast stick. I mad it clear on everthing I wanted for the meals down to the size of hash brown and the beacon that comes with the French toast platter. I had to honk my horn to get the attention because the windows are completely blocked off so you can’t just wave and ask for help. I hate how I had to pay again for the food that should have already been paid for and now I’m wondering if I paid more since they rung my up individually after I ask them to fix a mistake.

No response at drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and decided to order online. Went into the restaurant to find only 2 ladies working. The older of the 2 walked out on the asst manager crying that she was tired of being yelled at by customers for being unresponsive. This left only 1 working, who remained amazingly calm herself.
