Two days in a row order was not completely there but receipt was correct. When called the second day the manager (one of them as he said) would not allow me to speak to the GM that corrected the first issue at window. Would not give his name, refused to give corporate or owner contact, refused to give GM name or his. All he did was give me excuses and belittle me by not listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He said he wouldn’t have given me what was missed the second day because I received that the first. I told him I paid for everything the second day except what was missing first day. His answer was “so”. He spoke very rudely and only made excuses as if I should accept and that it was ok. I told him that he should not resort to excuses and instead focus on the customer and to make it right and no matter the excuse that it “should” not happen and is not the customer’s fault (especially two days in a row). He didn’t care. So after spending nearly $60 in two days and being talked to like dirt my only recourse is to spend more gas money a third day to receive the missed product that should have been put in to begin with. Also, as my wife was about to check if it was all there she was rudely told “it is all there”. She should never have trusted him. The last time I will ever spend $.01 at this location (Allison Ln). I hope the owner or corporate sees this review and the other negative reviews of this store and makes it right.

Bad customer service ruins everything. Was there July 20th 2023 at 11:51. No one was up front to take my order had to yell for some to come upfront. Then was met with attitude like I was interrupting their me time. Like you work at a restaurant you should be mad you have a customer.

Super fast in the drive thru, ordered big hot ham meal. Sandwich was hot and fries were fresh out of the grease. They asked if I needed any ketchup or other condiments. I recieved me food in what seemed like less than 2 minutes. Way better than the other Hardees in downtown jeff.

I understand that you’re having a bad day and that management decided to understaff you, but that is in no way the customer’s fault, especially when they’re being kind and patient with you. when we asked the employee at the counter if they were still serving breakfast we were told “yeah, unfortunately for us we are.”, And the employee rolled their eyes at us. I won’t be coming back to this location again. There was absolutely no reason to be that rude.

Sandwich was sloppy but hot. Could have been “built” much better. The meal sure as hell isn’t worth the $12 I paid for it. But, I thought I would have it. After eating the sandwich I Had to go inside to wash my face and hands, found bathroom to be quite nasty. If I had gone into the bathroom before ordering? I would have not eaten the food.

Stopped in the drive thru around 330, pulled right up to the speaker. No one ever helped me. After sitting there for 10 minutes and saying hello several times I drove off and will never go back again.
