Food was cold. For a Friday night I expected better. The fries tasted ok, but cold too. The burgers advertised on the window apparently don’t even exist according to the cashier. Waited for 10+ minutes for food and everything looked like it had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed. Picture is of my husbands double cheeseburger. It was dry and cold.

I asked for a LARGE Chocolate Milkshake. Upon receiving this I said, “This is a large milkshake? And it’s only half full?” To which they replied, “We only have one size milkshake and that is full!” So I tipped it sideways so she could see in the cup and said “This is full!?!?” I won’t be returning to this Hardee’s at the Loves truck stop in Leavenworth Indiana again.

Arrived at 3 a.m. only 1 person working the entire place. He was friendly and pleasant despite being the cook, working the register and drive thru. Food took a little bit, but was perfect. Richard should be paid his rate and the rate of coworkers that were not there.

Stopped at this travel gas station and had the kiddos so after seeing so many commercials for the carnivore loaded burger we decided to grab that meal…. My 6 year old son really only wanted the cup with the dinosaur on it and they were out of cups… Fries were old and had to be under the heat lamp for some time and also about 3/4 full… Burger also definitely was an old patty, have little squirts of sauce here and there but if this burger was fresh and made by someone who cared I bet it would be darn good… No I’ll never stop at this location again… Good job management

We came in here after driving 9 hours and we were starving. The cashier was confused with the register and said he couldn’t ring us up until we started to leave. Waited a bit longer due to fries needing to be dropped. Got back to the truck and we both had rocks instead of edible burgers. The bread was too hard to even attempt. The hot ham and cheese was a small piece of deli meat in the center of the rocks. Went in to just get a refund and they didn’t care at all. They seriously didn’t mind serving that or sending people away with no food. No apologies, no Fu*ks given.

Bun used on sandwich hard and chewy like it’s been sitting out all day, told cashier my order was to stay, like I do every week! Can’t seem to get a tray, I don’t like eating off the table. All the employees are just killing time and it’s obvious they rather be somewhere else.

I ordered 2 #2 medium combo’s. One hot ham and cheese LG. The sandwiches were good. But the fries were old and cold. 27.00 for the food. So about 6.00 fir the fries. They were actually the worse fries I’ve ever gotten !!!! That’s the second time in a row. I will never stop there again.

I’ve been to many Hardee’s throughout my life including many that were barely in operation a few weeks or months similar to this location. Atmosphere is on par with every other fast food joint. Service & food would’ve been 5 stars if the person making it understood the difference between a single meat #1 combo and a double meat #2 superstar. The only thing fire-hot on my order was the jalapeño poppers as they are pretty much cook to order everywhere. There’s a chance for redemption as this *is* a new store, but my #2 was only half there and every order from here on will be under extreme scrutiny before I leave the counter…

Ordered 4 loaded omlette biscuits and received items with barely any meat on them. They were literally all egg and cheese. Then went in and manager had a terrible attitude. Just know I will never go there again.
