Stop there Sunday early evening n ordered a small combo. No cars in parking lot n saw no one inside but the girl that took my order and another young girl standing back by the counter on her phone so I assume she has the store all cleaned up. Took much longer than I expected with no other customers to take care of and the fries barely warm. Got my order n when I pulled some fries out of the bag they had tangled hair around the almost soggy fries n made me gag! Was very cautious on eating the burger hoping not to get grossed out again.

Hardee’s is so over priced, The ham and cheese shouldn’t even be counted as a sandwich it might be 3 pieces of sliced ham folded over in the middle of a bun. And you’re paying premium price for a breakfast.

This is totally not the fault of the staff but when we ordered our food with the app we noticed all 3 people in line at the drive thru window drive away without ordering. Kind of suspicious on a late afternoon weekday. My husband went in to pick up our food, there were 3 employees in the entire place. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this at this location. Do better with scheduling, pay better, keep your employees happy and you’ll have more business because there’ll be someone there to take their money and give them food.

Usually spot on and professional, today’s visit was rather disappointing. Customers coming in telling the people behind the counter the place is dirty. My sandwich was sloppy put together and not very tasty.

Waited at the drive-thru speaker for ten minutes, I had placed a order online 25 minutes earlier. Two people pulled out of the line and left. They finally said o sorry can I take your order. I get around and they are like we just got that order in will be awhile pull around. I then waited another 20 min as they proceeded to stand around and talk an then my food was wrong and fries were not cooked all the way, I will go to the one in Rushville from now on I drive through there everyday. I went on 1-11-23 at about 7 pm.
