I give two stars because I do like Hardee’s generally. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The fries taste old. And I ordered a burger with no pickle or tomato… and somehow four pickles made their way on there. Yet the onion they put on was absolutely pathetic. Not to mention she asked me if I wanted ketchup on this – yet no ketchup made its way on it. But there was so much Mayo and mustard it squeezed out all over. Not impressed Hardee’s. Not impressed.

Just went through here 3/25/23 around 2:30 PM and the lady at the drive thru was rude and when we went to the window to pay….she grabbed the card without any greeting and then handed us a chocolate shake with whipped cream and chocolate syrup overflowing down the lid and cup and running everywhere. They literally put the whipped cream on the outside of the lid. Then she rolled her eyes when we sat there for a few minutes and she had to come back to the window to hear we hadn’t got one of our drinks. So ridiculous and completely uncalled for.
