It has been a few years since I last ate at Hardee’s, mainly because there is not one on the east side. Since I was heading to Meijer, I stopped there to eat. I ordered 3 pc Chicken Tenders with French Fries and a Coke Zero. The food was delicious. It was the atmosphere that was bad. There were only three people working. The cushions on some of the booths were split. Some booths were not clean. One of the workers got down on her hands and knees to clean the floor, and she didn’t seem to enjoy it. I was the only customer for most of the time, but a woman and her elderly mother came in later. Most people were getting their food through the drive thru. This restaurant has seen better days. If it continues like this, it will probably close permanently.

Where do I begin? My girlfriend and I came to this Hardee’s location because she was craving their food. We have had Hardee’s before but in a different area. Based on the previous experience in the other location I wasn’t expecting much but all I can say this time is wow! I ordered their Angus Frisco combo for myself and the chicken club combo for my girlfriend. When they brought the food I could hardly believe my eyes, it looked just like the pictures on the menu! The employee even offered to bring us some ketchup packets. Our meals tasted even better than they looked and the staff was polite and always had smiling faces. We also couldn’t believe how clean the dining room was. Everyone at this restaurant in particular needs a raise for the great customer service and fresh amazing food! I will definitely be returning here as a regular customer.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. The fries were soggy, my soda was mostly carbonated water with just a tiny hint of soda color. They forgot our desserts. The burgers were good though. There were only 2 workers in the store. Was not worth the $40.00 we paid for the food.

Drive thru this time. Service great. Food spot on. Grilled chicken (only one in town anymore) was great, fries were fries. Order was correct. Got doggos patties nice n fresh. update tagic no longer have a grilled chicken, cmon man.

Everything was bad. Person who took my order seemed co fused when I ordered verbatim from the menu and gave him the meal number. That should have been my que to leave. After waiting over 10 minutes for my order it was wrong. Could not wait for remake nor would I trust it so asked to refund. Manager apologized and refunded no question asked. This issues were obvious from training to staffing. Too bad. First time at a Hardee’s and won’t try again.

I went through the drive up. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I had seen that there was only one customer at the front counter. Even that slow on business, it took me a little more than 20 minutes to get one combo meal. When I got it, the fries were soggy and greasy like they had been sitting under a heat lamp forever. This experience was bad enough I will never return to this location.
