I got a biscuit and gravy, usually Hardee’s biscuits are good and thick. I don’t know if they scraped the inside of biscuit out or if it. This is worst i ever seen. I will never stop in here again. This is a bad joke… cost me $9 for little piece of bread….. with social media these places need not to play games. Or get better management

I was on the road about decided to stop. I ordered the combo #1. Staff put a whole cup of ice in for my drink, I had to ask to take some ice out so I’d have something to drink bc I was thirsty. The order took a very long time bc of a mix-up that had just occurred. The staff was apologic and I was okay about the long wait. I got my order and hit the road, to eat and the fries were soggy, and yuck.

We go here 4 to 5 times a week for breakfast. Don’t have much time for breakfast and There Isn’t a line and we still wait at least 10 plus minutes. and this is the food we get. The biscuits are horrible , they look old and look more like.pancakes than fluffy biscuits. the service is sometimes friendly which should be all the time. There’s not a away to post pic or I would. Come on hardees retrain staff or something.

Hit and miss like most fast food. Good breakfast, average lunch. Generally have to wait due to being understaffed. The staff is friendly but they need to hire some additional help. The app is useful, one of the better restaurant apps for your phone, good rewards & bonuses.

Went for lunch and won’t return. Bathrooms are disgusting, I stuck to the floors walking all the way around the restaurant looking for a clean table. Food was old and cold. The only “fresh” food was the undercooked fries. It always takes at least 30 minutes to get your food, if not longer. Literally everyone that went in while we were there left unhappy.

Slow. Walked in. Waitted. Nobody on front line or drive thru. There should always be at least one person out front. They also don’t fill up the gravy bowls on the breakfasts either.

I just bought the 5$ deluxe breakfast burrito. Literally just a sheet of nasty rubbery egg in a tortilla, maybe 5-6 crumbles of sausage. Got a few and all were like this.
