0 stars!! This location is a joke! The assistant manager lacks any kind of leadership or responsibility. Will argue with customers when being asking for food to be remade or a refund. The condition on the building, parking lot and inside are pitiful at saying the least. I understand fast food, minimum work experience mostly for high schoolers and teenagers, but I would expect management to atleast act like an adult. Save your money and go to a different location.

Don’t waste your time waiting in line for 30 minutes on a Sunday. The giant sign that says they serve breakfast until 12 on the weekends is only valid if the staff feels like it. I got in line at 10:12 am and didn’t get to order until about 10:31. No problem, they’re probably busy, I get it. The car in-front of me pulled off after trying to order, but I couldn’t hear why. I thought it was weird, but pulled up to order myself.

Normally good service, but this morning they was out of the breaded shell for the breakfast burritos so I had to order loaded omelet biscuit. I got a very small piece of egg and cheese on a biscuit. Nothing else on it for 4.16??? I get to work to eat it and realized them and called them and a man says thatbis weird because they have the mix already prepared and that should not have happened and that he would look into it. That was it, no discount, no refund. So I guess I’ll no long be visiting this location. Accidents happen but you should at least fix or correct them in some way.

Very rude and unacceptable behavior by someone who I think is the manager? I walked in for breakfast counter service and was treated rudely. It started by nobody acknowledging my presence at the counter for almost 2 minutes. Then, the gentleman came up from the kitchen area and asked to take my order. The total came out to $5.02. I had five ones ready and then had to pull another dollar out to compensate for the two additional cents. I (in a non-aggressive way) tossed the six dollars down on the counter. The employee then took $.98 change and threw it back onto the counter. I immediately told him I wanted my money back because he was being smart with me and seemed to enjoy it

Old fries mixed with new can’t even bite it. Took them a while to get my #4 ready. Good 5 min passed by i come to counter asking where is my burger got a lecture of how busy they are. Nobody in the restaurant just drive thru.

I went through the drive-thru at about 5:30 this morning and the man asked what i want and I wasn’t ready which is ok all I said was “just one second buddy”. Not trying to demean him in anyway thats just how I talk. Then he proceeds to mock me and demean me by calling me buddy at the end of everything he says so I asked him if he was mocking me and he said yes!!! I work nights and gosh it was a long one i just wanted to some food and then go home, I don’t want to deal with that after working 10 hours. If you want rude customer service I highly recommend this location but I know ill never spend my money there again.
