Ordered through app. Arrived in the drive-through and waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. Gave my name and that I had a mobile order; was told to proceed to the window. Waited 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window they asked for payment – explained I had a mobile order. He couldn’t find it so asked someone else. A lady came to the window and said it wasn’t in her computer so I showed her my confirmation – she immediately stopped me and said that wouldn’t help her, it’s not in her computer. I asked why I wasn’t informed 15 minutes prior at which she informed they automatically tell mobile orders to proceed to the window. I left with no food, but my mobile order shows “complete” and I was charged.

I eat Hardee’s maybe 20 times a year… I really like it. This experience was awful. Food tasted like a nutsack. I get a hot ham and cheese and curly fries twenty times a year, the hot ham and cheese was revolting and the curly fries were soggy and lukewarm. Service was bad, like the d00d was bothered he had to take our order. And the store was grimy, the soda dispensers spewed out soda if they were broke.

Another case of a very successful chain (From North Carolina) being brought to Iowa and being ran into the ground! The owners of this location have to much money to care and Hardee’s should take the location away and give it to someone that has enough common sense to run a restaurant the correct way. They rush preparing the food even when there are no customers to get back to doing nothing like most Iowa places (This is why you need double the employees in Iowa as other states). This place has Iowa hours (It is only open 7am-3pm), it’s dirty and the owners are worthless.

The food was great, the service was very bad…. The guy running the drive-thru seemed very confused. He asked me what I wanted to drink three times, put the same order in twice, and thought that he had already given me my drink as he saw a McDonald’s cup in my car. All of the above could be me being picky, but it makes me paranoid that I won’t receive the correct order.
