Swung in here to grab a “quick” bite while just passing through… stood at the counter for a while before anyone realized I was there. There was 1 other table there at 1:00 but they left shortly after I arrived so I was the only one in the restaurant for most of my visit.

Ordered 5 meals. People ahead of us ordered three meals as well. It took them 30 minutes to get their food. Took ours 35 and two were wrong. Then worker walked out. Took another 15 to acknowledge they were wrong and another 15 to fix it since they were out of biscuits. Offered the other family a refund to comp their 35minute wait. Waited over an hour for one of our breakfast sandwiches offered no comp. Rude apology, employees yelling at each other, yelling that they were gonna quit. Drive through customers driving off….. Hardees low expectations and they sure met them head on today.

Walked up to counter & stood there for 5 minutes before someone came from the back. The gal was very unfriendly & didn’t greet us or say anything. She brought our food out & no coffee. We had to go to counter to ask for it. We were the only people in the restaurant.

No stars for this Hardee’s but it makes me give them one to post, This has been one of the worst Hardee’s I have ever had the experience of visiting. I am from Sioux Falls and work down here. This location says they open at 8AM. I have found about 3 times in the last 2-3 weeks that when I arrive at 8:10-8:20 in the morning, they are still not open for breakfast. One time the excuse was I didn’t get in until about 20 minutes ago. Well, opening at 8AM isn’t the start of your shift, you still need to get in early to open the restaurant.

Took 25 minutes to get our food, and the order was missing one sandwich, plus one sandwich wasn’t suppose to have onions. Terrible experience, I will never eat at that Hardee’s ever again if not at any Hardee’s, and will let social media how bad it was. Plus the cook staff was complaining about busy they were.
