I was the only guest in the store, nobody in the drive thru either. My order was taken quickly, food arrived quickly. I was thinking the crew was on it, which should be simple being the only guest. The fries were cold, the meat was cold, the sandwich was very sloppy. I ignored the dirty lobby, but combined with the food, no excuse. I go on and I’m watching the fella that makes the sandwiches blow up his gloves and pop the fingers. Then he gets on his phone, catches me looking at him, he then moves to a suspected blind spot. I travel for work, this by far was the worst Hardee’s I’ve been to. It’s typically my go to place for a hamburger over the other fast food places. They will not get a return visit. Maybe this review will make some think twice before pulling in.

Drive thru prompt and accurate. DELICIOUS FOOD as per usual. Hardees are few and far between here in Iowa. We had one in my hometown growing up where we got fresh biscuits and gravy to go every Sunday morning. The food has only become tastier. I had the loaded omelet biscuit combo. My friend had the breakfast burrito combo. He said it was the best he’d ever had!!! He’s pretty particular and an expert on these things!!! My only complaint is that our French toast sticks did not come with syrup.

Ordered two of the lemon, blueberry pies and was told that I would have to wait seven minutes for them. I said that was fine. We also had a combo meal and asked for regular fries with it. Got our order and the two lemon blueberry pies were both apple and they gave us curly fries instead of the requested regular fries. This location has never messed up an order. The fries are always fresh and hot. They have your typical hamburger joint items. Service is a bit slow at times so I do not suggest coming here if you are in a rush. The food is super fresh though so to me it’s completely worth the wait time it can take.
