Ordered Chicken strips afterwork & in route home first order old / not as warm as I d like. Waited 10 mins. to receive a 2 nd order that was not cooked in entirety. You can look at these straps and tell the difference. The young lady at the drive thru was a bit abrupt and upset that I d returned for quality food .

They were slower than sloths. Figured the food would be hot, since it took so long but no. The fries tasted like they were hours old too. Plus they shorted me an order of fries but wasn’t even mad because the food was so disgusting. My order was for 38 bucks and change. I will NEVER go back.

The lady forgot to put in my curly fries and then she said that she didn’t charge me for them and then I showed her the receipt and then she said it was my fault I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager I think I’ll be calling corporate!

I was next in line to order when I walked through the door with 3 people ahead ahead of me that had already ordered. The other customers warned me they had already been there for 30 minutes waiting for their food. After 45 minutes one got their food left then came back because the order was wrong. After a half hour standing at the register I left without ordering or any contact with an employee. There seemed to be plenty of employees to function and It was an off time with 3 people ahead of me and just a handful of cars in the drive thru, there didn’t seem to be any reason for the long wait times for everyone.
