Received the wrong food, the drive thru lady was more concerned with everything else around her then making sure I got what I ordered, which was a yucky dry biscuit order instead of loaded omelet. Train employees to check orders correctly before selling and handing to customer.

I have worked within a half of a mile of this place for 13 years, it is the quickest easiest place to grab lunch when you don’t have much time. I have never been impressed with the service and today just supported that. I go to get my food from the drive thru and the person hands me the drink and there is as much Coke on the outside of the cup as there is in it! I asked the person if they could wipe it off please and she said no but you (referring to me could), and she handed me napkins. It is true if you have bad service you won’t be in business, and BWW is finding that out on the other side of town! My receipt number was DT#125

They close at 10:00. However, we put in at 9:45 lights and everything were still on. They shut the lights off on us and told us through a pre-recorded message that they were closed. Never experienced such awful service. Or lack thereof tbh.

The food is nasty and uncooked, parking lot needs to be cleaned up there’s trash everywhere the food if there’s food cause there usually out of something comes out uncooked soggy and cold. They close up before their suppose to and extremely rude when you bring back the disgusting food and tell them about it. The inside of the store needs a deep clean cause it feels like your stepping into a grease pit it’s just dirty. Standards have went out the window on this place. Have some pride people!
