I have never had slower service. We ordered and didn’t get our food for 25 minutes and the food was cold when we got it. The girl that brought our food too us dumped half of my fries on the floor and didn’t say a word. She didn’t even clean the fries off of the floor. We will never be going back to this location. Sophia was her name I believe. Totally unacceptable even with low staffing issues. When I brought up the issues with my fries and cold food the manager just rolled her eyes and turned away.

amazing breakfast. The sausage gravy, was hot and fresh tasting. The biscuit was huge! And very good. Great way to start my day, with Hardees. Having breakfast. Bought back many memories when it was a big deal to eat out and I was a kid. My parents always took me to Hardee’s, and it was a big deal cause we didn’t have a lot of money back then. I would highly recommend this place. They took my order at the drive-through, and I received it right away. When I got home everything was perfectly hot. All tasted fresh. Really hit the spot. And a great value for the money I spendt.

They really fixed this place up. Interior looks a lot nicer then last time I was there. I paid $12 for a Combo that was basically $6 in very average food. Prices were outrageous and I should have gone to Culver’s or A&W.

First time trying Hardee’s. One person in front of us in the drive thru and it took about 15 minutes for us to get our food from the time we ordered. They’re understaffed like every other place out there; we don’t hold that against anyone. However, we ordered 3 sandwiches – one was incorrect and they told us they only had sourdough rather than buns, then up-charged us for the sourdough! Since it was all they had, they either need to disclose the upcharge or waive it entirely.

Showed up at 8am to have a dine in breakfast before traveling and the doors were locked. Double checked the posted restaurant times and they should have been open. Walked around to the drive up window and was told the staff decided dine-in was closed. Drive-up only. Fine. But put a notice up on the doors. Before we left someone else with a truck and trailer pulled up to go inside. Told them it’s drive up only, they turned around and left. We left too and went to McDonald’s.

Lotsa people in the drive thru line but only one ordering at the counter inside. Friendly greeting and quick order. I drank half a cup of coffee ( good and strong but not hot enough ) while waiting for my biscuit n gravy. Tried to entertain myself by watching a YouTube but the WiFi was also too slow.

Order taker chose to ignore what was ordered (three combos) and then when asked asked about it said I asked for just the three 5 pieces. I pointed out that if that was what I wanted I’d have ordered a 15 piece. She said if I wanted the fries and drinks I’d have to order separately.
