Completely spaced out it’s decent prices on their food are not that expensive. Customer service is really nice they’re not mean or have attitudes. Come check out the curly fries and chicken strips are really full of flavor and taste awesome. They have different kind of sauces whether it’s ranch buffalo sauce wings sour.

I stopped for some food close to closing time. I didn’t even realize it was close to closing. The gentleman that took my order was very rude. When I pulled up to the window, his attitude continued, complete with slamming the drive through window shut. I pulled forward to wait for my food as I was asked to do. When he brought my food out I asked him to please check his attitude, where he then decided to walk away mumbling things under his breath. The food wasn’t even good. Super disappointed. Pretty poor experiance over all.

Came in at 9:50pm. The guy we handed our money to had a huge attitude problem with my gf in front of children and said pull up ahead and slammed the drive thru window shut. Upon him bringing out the food…. He was sarcastic. If you’re open til 10 you’re open til 10. No need to have a bad attitude when you get paid to do a job.

I went through Hardee’s drive through and ask if they honored my coupon 3447. The employee said he wasn’t familiar with that coupon number so ask me to bring it to the window. So I placed my order for the 1/3# bacon cheese angus burger, which the coupon was for, plus french fries and a drink. When I went to the window to get my order, the manager was then there to check my coupon. I asked him how much my burger would cost according to the coupon. It was for $5.29 + tax. So I drove home to eat my food It was then that I looked at my receipt and realized he charged me $7.69 burger (plus fried and dt coke) for a total of $10.94. I was very disappointed about my purchase. I will have to be more careful when ordering and paying if I ever do go back to that Hardee’s.

This will be my last visit. Breakfast sandwich looked like it got run over by a truck and my pain biscuit wasn’t in the bag because the cashier didn’t hear me ask for one. Manager was more integrated in getting her signage prepared than helping the 5 of us that were standings in line. Grrrrr…..
