Today I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits . I specified three times at the drive through that I want only egg and cheese and no meat . He gave me one with only egg and cheese and another order like this with meat . I am a eggetarain and when I took a bite from the biscuit with bacon I felt terrible. This is exactly why sales are down bcoz next time customers don’t wanna go to Hardee’s bcoz you have a horrible customer service. I always go to McDonald’s even though I live next to Hardee’s bcoz this happened to me multiple times and not even once at McDonald’s even though there biscuits are frozen and Hardee’s biscuits are freshly made at location.

The smell of the place was nasty. Their credit card system didn’t work so I had to go inside. I ordered a number 8 with the bacon ranch fries for a side. She never asked if I wanted to upsize. No napkins or fork. And the bacon ranch fries looked like this.
