Drive through order. I hardly ever eat fast food but this was a family member’s choice for dinner. The staff member that took our order was very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. She pointed out combinations to help make my order maximum value for the money. What a gem she was! The food was just ok. The burgers had far too much mustard. The fries were alright. I heard that staffing issues are at play, I hope they can turn things around. ***Update*** I just went through the drive through. Service was a bit slow, but the chocolate shake and big roast beef with curly fries was really good. It really hit the spot.

Can’t rate the food today bc I never got any.. stopped for breakfast I ordered and they told me it would be 25 minutes for biscuits and they had just opened.. said I’d come back.. came back and was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I have one very upset child that was waiting for her biscuits and gravy!

They couldn’t staff hours before 8am and now they seem not even to be able to open at 8am, which is their posted opening time. And they don’t post any indication of this in the drive through lane. The food is just never good, I’d choose burger king over Hardee’s. When I order here it ends up being either too much mayo or too undercooked of a burger. Makes the whole experience for me just a bad one. They did better back in 2010 maybe their loosing too much staff or something.
