Honestly, the food wasn’t even hot and I waited over 10 minutes. The fries were soggy and they didn’t put napkins in my bag. I spent 1/3 of my break waiting for food all for it to be gross and cold. Not to mention the bun to burger ratio was way off, it was just a little sliver of meat on his ginormous bun.

Not impressed. They messed up our order. My chicken was dry. My sisters hamburger was dry and tasteless. The fries were all soggy and lukewarm. They told us one total at the order window and when we got the receipt they had added on a GRATUITY in the drive through???? Without permission? What the hell is up with that? You’re fast food and that’s unacceptable. Parking customers to stop your timer is shady. The whole operation is shady.

0 stars. Never going to this location again. And if I were you, id go to the mcdonalds next to it, It was nasty. The cook had a dirty shirt on, hairy stomach hanging out the bottom of his shirt, and a nasty attitude towards the boy running register. No chicken available and no napkins. Food came out ice cold, kids burger was suppose to have cheese and ketchup only, and ended with no cheese and mustard. Boy at the register asked cook to fix the kids meal and put down new fries for us, cook gave the cashier a rude attitude and never put fries down so he went back and did it himself. Our food was brought out on a dirty tray with a small sheet not even covering the dirty part. Fountain drink area was visibly dirty and gross. I understand most places are understaffed and mistakes happen, but it was quiet and slow when we went, and once we got our food both cook and person on register went to the back, leaving the whole area unattended for a good 20 minutes, and as someone who works food service that quiet time should of been spent cleaning areas that are visibly dirty(fries and food on the floor). My aunt and I walked out wondering why we even ate there and didn’t just ask for money back, let’s just hope we don’t end up with food poisoning.

No one in the place. Service was very slow. Two workers My milkshakes weren’t even mixed, at least not very well anyway. They look like chocolate milk. I had them redo them. A young man came out from the back. He had a orange juice bottle tip up in his mouth. No hands. He was the one to make the knew shakes.

Yes have to agree with Molly’s review from a couple months ago. Wished we had never ate there. The time was about 5:30 pm. Thought we would pick up a quick sandwich. There were 5 people working. The whole dining area was filthy. There was nor a clean table to be found. Food was not very good. Chicken sandwich was either cooked on bad oil or recooked a 2nd time. It was a very dark brown. Fountain area was dirty, floor had a puddle of water in front of pop machine. Something was leaking. No one bothered to mop it up. No one in the restaurant besides us and 1 person went through driveup while we were there. You would think with that many employees someone could of been attending to cleaning the dining room. Employees out smoking when we arrived and again when we left. Also no napkins, no ketchup. I also work in food service and this kind of activity would never fly. I think they need a undercover boss to check it out. This establishment is running this business in the ground. Hope someone can turn this place around. Sad to see it being run so poorly.
