I unfortunately pulled up as they were closing for the night early (I’m assuming cause they didn’t have the people to stay open) I pulled up about 9pm and I double checked that they closed at 10pm before I did. When I got to the speaker the lady who greeted me was very rude and snapped at me when I asked for a second. I would have happily moved on if she had let me know nicely that they were trying to close up.

Went through the drive-thry today as I have many times in the past and I’d have to say the service is definitely lacking. I ordered a medium #4 w/ dr. pepper and a mushroom and Swiss sandwich was told the bill was $20.80, didn’t ask for the receipt which was my biggest downfall. Hot a big and my drink and I left. Got back to my residents in Kandiyohi opened the bag and my curly fries were ice cold and I was missing my mushroom and Swiss altogether…..ate what is usually my favorite burger, the monster burger and it was definitely lacking compared to prior experience! Rant over but I have no idea how to correct this without the receipt and I don’t feel I should have to drive back into Willmar either….

Drive thru: Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches using a coupon from my mailbox. New girl couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. Took forever to get shift manager to help. Had to tear out the physical coupon rather than them using the code number. She handed me wrong bag. I left for Dr appt. Called the error in. Walked in after my appt. Manager corrected it by giving me a free lunch, which was an overly salted mushroom burger, soggy fries, and a flat fountain coke. I will not be returning here ever again.

I ordered a hot ham and cheese which was something I have always enjoyed. This sandwich however was awful. The bun was not fresh, the meat wasn’t juicy, it had very little cheese, and the worst was that they put onions on it! The curly fries were okay. The Coke was actually the best thing with the perfect amount of syrup and carbonation for a super classic Coke flavor.

I called on 5-7-23 to see if the lobby was open and a woman said that it was open but she said they only had 2 or 3 people so you’ll have to be patient and I said we will. I was meeting a friend for lunch and a man told my friend that it was closed so she had to walk to Dairy Queen so we could have lunch. This really made me mad. I wish somebody would have told me that it was closed so we could’ve gone someplace else.
